Isolated on the top of Goat Mountain, our honeybees have been independently breeding queens for over 5 years, resulting a stable, docile, and productive population that doesn’t experience standard die off rates that are common in commercial beekeeping.
We don’t ever treat with antibiotics, relying instead on fostering healthy colonies which are capable of fighting off diseases and pests.
Honey is the product of flower nectar transformed by bees, as if by alchemy, into a sweet golden elixir.
Due to our diverse forage of native and cultivated species our blend of wild mountain flower honey is truly unique to our microclimate.
Check back in for updates on seasonal availability. The goods go fast. We typically do an early summer/late spring harvest and then the main harvest in late summer/early fall.
