The hop yard is a 1 acre planting, spanning five cultivars and including a mix of aroma and bittering hops.
Harvested old world style, by hand, we pick only at peek ripeness, when acid levels are high.
We offer premium freshly harvested wet and dried whole cone hops for regionally distinct craft ales.
